By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or browsing our software architecture educational materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Statement.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you must immediately discontinue your use of ArchitectVerse and its associated tools, APIs, and simulation engines.

ArchitectVerse is a specialized educational and hands-on system design simulation platform designed for software engineers, engineering managers, systems architects, and interview candidates. The platform provides:

All product names, logos, brands, and registered trademarks referenced throughout ArchitectVerse belong exclusively to their respective owners. Mention of any third-party company, trademark, or service on this site is solely for identification, educational analysis, and reverse-engineering pedagogical discussion.

ArchitectVerse is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially associated with Netflix, Stripe, Uber Technologies, Meta Platforms, ByteDance, or any other analyzed enterprise.

04 User Accounts & Security

To access personalized features such as saved interview scores, custom architecture canvas exports, and unlimited system designs, you may be required to register an account using email credentials or verified OAuth (Google or GitHub).

• Account Integrity: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and one-time password (OTP) codes.
• Single User License: Accounts are granted for individual use. Credential sharing or account pooling across multiple candidates or corporate teams is strictly prohibited.

05 Access Tiers, Subscriptions & Billing

ArchitectVerse provides three primary access tiers:

• Without Login (Visitors): Free access to read and explore all system documentation (/docs) and curriculum roadmap notes (/learn). Interactive tools require creating a free account or signing in.
• Free Account (Registered): Unlocks 3 complete architecture blueprints & breakdowns, 3 side-by-side system comparisons, 3 AI system architecture generations, and full 30-chapter curriculum notes.
• Reader Pass: Unlocks 10 complete architecture blueprints & breakdowns, 10 side-by-side system comparisons, 10 AI system architecture generations, and full 30-chapter curriculum notes.
• Pro Architect Pass: Unlocks full unrestricted access: all 200+ architecture case studies, unlimited side-by-side comparisons, unlimited AI generations, interactive live packet simulators, real-time chaos failure injection labs, and technical interview practice studio.

Currency & Payment Processing: All subscription fees are clearly displayed in either Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) based on your selected preference, converted at real-time international exchange rates (1 USD ≈ 84 INR). Payments are processed securely via certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processors, including Razorpay, Stripe, and UPI. ArchitectVerse never stores raw credit or debit card numbers on its servers.

06 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because digital goods provide immediate access to proprietary system designs and curriculum assets upon payment, refunds are evaluated based on service accessibility. To submit a refund request, email care@architectverse.me along with your payment order ID, billed email, and a description of the issue.

07 Intellectual Property Rights

The interactive simulator code, visual packet flow animations, proprietary node connection topology datasets, custom curriculum texts, and brand assets (including the ArchitectVerse neon hexagon logo and styling) are the exclusive intellectual property of ArchitectVerse.

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view and interact with the platform for personal education and interview preparation. You may not republish, distribute, mirror, resell, or commercialize our interactive simulations or whitepapers without explicit written consent.

08 Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated spiders, scrapers, or bots to harvest architecture data or simulate unauthorized traffic.
• Attempting to bypass the 3-free products limit or paid plan paywalls through technical circumvention.
• Conducting denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or deliberately saturating our real-time websocket/simulation backend.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the underlying source code of the simulation engines.

09 Disclaimer of Warranties

ArchitectVerse is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.

The system architecture blueprints and interview rubrics represent educational reconstructions based on publicly available engineering blogs, research whitepapers, and industry conference talks. Real-world implementations may vary based on internal enterprise changes.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArchitectVerse and its directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the platform.

11 Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to ArchitectVerse immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent payment chargebacks.

12 Modifications to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of the changes.
